Jehosua BLAU [Josua / Yehoshua / יהושע בלאו], born on September 22^nd, 1919 in Klausenburg [Cluj-Napoca]/Romania (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Cluj [Cluj-Napoca]/Romania, Citizenship: Romania), son of Dr. Paul Blau (editorial journalist), lived in Vienna's 3^rd district, Obere Weißgerberstrasse 8, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 1^st year of his studies and took courses in History, Psychology and Oriental Studies. He emigrated to Palestine [Israel] in 1938, succeeded in finishing his studies and graduate and became full professor in Arabic Language and History at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
