Helena MENCZEL, born on May 10
th, 1912 in Porchova, Galicia/Austro-Hungarian Empire [later Poland, today: Ukraine] (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria, daughter of Samuel Menczel (merchant), lived in Vienna 16
th district, Friedrich-Kaiser-Gasse 4/17.
Helena Menczel was enrolled finally in spring term 1937 in the 5th year of her studies ('Absolutorium' was certified on July 18th, 1938) and was preparing for the final exams ('Rigorosen') in 1938.
She could finally finish her studies and graduated on July 21
st, 1938, but only with the discriminating ceremony of a 'Nichtarierpromotion', which included at the same time that she was banned from her profession.
