Wilhelm LOeBISCH, born on March 2nd, 1919 in Zwettl, Lower Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Wilhelm L. Loebisch (physician, gynecologist, 1880-1969) and of Katharina Walburga Loebisch, née Angerbauer (b. 1888), lived first in Vienna's 18th district, Schulgasse 45, then 9th district, Wasagasse 29/III/12, and had graduated from highschool in summer 1938 (highschool of monastery of Seitenstetten in Lower Austria), and attended for working duty from July to October 1938 in Hardegg and enrolled in fall term 1938/39 at the Medical School in the 1st year of his studies.

In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism, he was perpetrated for racist reason and was regarded as "Mischling 2. Grades".
