Ernst KRAM, born on September 3
rd, 1913 in Czernowitz, Bukovina/Austro-Hungarian Empire [later: Cernăuți/Romania, today: Tscherniwzi|Чернівці/Ukraine] (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship 1938: Austria), son of Ing. Elias Kram (engineer), lived in Vienna's 4
th district, Heumuehlgasse 20, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 3
rd year of his studies.
In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna (Leaving Certificate ('Abgangszeugnis') was issued on July 18
th, 1938).
He perished in the Shoah.
