Leopold WINTER, born on October 12th, 1907 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Julius Winter (deceased), lived in Wien 21, Floridsdorfer Hauptstraße 25, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1937/38 at the Philosophical School in the 4th year of his studies and took courses in Psychology, Ethnology and Philosophy ('Absolutorium' was certified on March 9th, 1938). He succeeded in finishing his studies - with his dissertation in Psychology: 'Komik im Film.' (doctoral advisors: Tumlirz, Eibl) - and graduated on July 21st, 1938, but only with the discriminating ceremony of a 'Nichtarierpromotion', which included at the same time that he was banned from his profession.
