Mesulem Wolf SEKLER, born on December 25th, 1912 in Kolomea, Galicia/Austro-Hungarian Empire [later: Poland, today: Klomyja|Коломия/Ukraine] (entitled residency ("heimatberechtigt") for Vienna/Austria, citizenship 1938: Austria), son of Koppel Sekler (salesman), lived in Vienna's 2nd district, Rembrandtstrasse 15, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 5th year of his studies.

In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna (Leaving Certificate ("Abgangszeugnis") was issued on May 25th, 1938).
