Hans SEIFERT, born on May 15th, 1918 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna, Citizenship: Austria), was the son of Walther Seifert (Major a.D.) and his wife Anna nee Thorsch and lived in Vienna 3rd district, Weyrgasse 5.
After she had graduated from high school on June 5th, 1936, he began to study chemistry at the University of Vienna in fall term 1936/37.
Hans Seifert was discriminated as a so called 'Mischling 1. Grades' and he was enabled to continue his studies at first - valid until revoked. He was enrolled in the fall term 1938/39 at the Philosophical School in the 3rd year of his studies.
