Herbert SCHOEN, born on December 29th, 1917 in Wels/Upper Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Wels, Citizenship 1938: Austria), son of Josef Schoen (civil servant), lived in Vienna's 1st district, Werdertorgasse 4, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1938/39 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies.

In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he she was forced to quit his her studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.

He was deported from Vienna to Maly Trostinec/Belarus on August 31st, 1942 and died there on September 4th, 1942.
