Friedrich RIHL (RIEHL) (born on December 19th, 1878 in Villach, Carinthia, died on November 25th, 1943, imprisoned in Schwäbisch-Hall), had graduated at the Medical School at the University of Vienna on March 23rd, 1904 with the academic degree 'Dr. med.'.
In times of Nazism he was deprived of his academic degree on November 29th, 1943 because of his political opinion.
It took 12 years since the deprivation - and a very long time since the end of Nazism - until the regranting of the doctorate took finally place on July 4th, 1955. more detailled biography only in >>> German
