Achill RAPPAPORT (born on February 12
th, 1871 in Roman/Romania) was private lecturer with the title od an "extraordinary professor ("Privatdozent, tit. ao. Prof.") for Austrian Private Law at the Law School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position on April 8
th, 1938 and was forced to leave the university.
He could emigrate to Great Brittain in June 1939, first to London/England, in 1940 to Blaenau Ffestiniog, Wales, where he died on January 13
th 1941.
