Leopold Adolf PRATZER, born on September 25^th, 1913 in Czernowitz, Bukovina/Austro-Hungarian Empire [later: Cernăuți/Romania, today: Tscherniwzi|Чернівці/Ukraine] (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Cernăuți/Romania, Citizenship: Romania), son of Maximilian Pratzer (civil servant, deceased), lived in Vienna's 8^th district, Kupkagasse 2/9, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 4^th year of his studies. In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he she was forced to quit his her studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna (spring term 1938 was validated on October 18^th, 1938, Leaving Certificate ('Abgangszeugnis') was issued on May 18^th, 1940). Little is known about the further life of Lepold Adolf Pratzer.
