Charlotte PFEITZLER, born on September 30th, 1916 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), daughter of Matthias Pfeitzler (teacher), lived in Wien 3, Baumgasse 41, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1938/39 at the Medical School in the 4th year of her studies.
She was discriminated as a so called "Mischling 1. Grades" but could continue her studies at first – valid until revoked – and could even finish them. Charlotte Pfeitzler graduated on December 31st, 1940 and received her "Dr.med.univ." (MD). But the diploma was devaluated with a "Sperrklausel", a remark, declaring that she is not allowed to practice as a physician in the German Reich.
Dr. Charlotte Wolonakis deceased in November 1997, aged 81 and she is burried at Viennas Central Cemetary.
