Isidor FISCHER (born on September 20th, 1868 in Vienna, died on January 13th, 1943 in Bristol) was Pd. for Geschichte der Medizin at the Medical School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was thrown out of the university on April 22nd, 1938. He was able to emigrate to England.
