Isaac ROSIN (Yits-Haq ROZEN), born on June 7th, 1913 in Tel-Aviv/Palestine [Israel] (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Tel-Aviv/Palestine [Israel], Citizenship: Palestine [Israel]), son of Menachem Rozen (merchant in Tel Aviv), lived in Vienna's 9th district, Waehringer Strasse 24/29. He studied at the University of Jerusalem and was enrolled in fall term 1937/38 at the Philosophical School in the 1st year of his studies and took courses in History. In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.
