Heinrich NEUMANN (born on June 10th, 1873 in Hethars, died on November 9th, 1939 in New York, USA) was an extraordinary professor for Ohrenheilkunde at the Medical School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew and arrested, lost his position and was thrown out of the university on April 22nd, 1938. In 1939 he was able to emigrate to New York/USA. Lit.: MERINSKY 1980, 166-168; UB MedUni Wien/van Swieten Blog
