Alfred LEIMDÖRFER (born on June 26th, 1885 in Hohenau, died on April 9th, 1956) was lecturer ('Dozent') for Innere Medizin at the Medical School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was thrown out of the university on April 22nd, 1938. In 1940 he was able to emigrate to the USA.
