Ferdinand NIEBURG, born on September 15th, 1916 in Riga/Russia [Latvia] (entitled residency ("heimatberechtigt") for Riga/Latvia, citizenship 1938: Latvia), son of David Nieburg (merchant), lived in Vienna's 3rd district, Gaertnergasse 8/ I/ 4, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 1st year of his studies (spring term 1938 was validated on October 15th, 1938).
In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.
