Lucy NELKEN (married: SCHWAMM, later: SWANN), born on January 24th, 1916 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Germany, Citizenship: Germany), daughter of Dr. Eduard Nelken (banker, merchant), lived in Wien 4, Schwindgasse 12, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of her studies (in the spring term 1938 she could continue her studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students until the end of the term).
She was interned in the Camp of Gurs/France and emigrated later on to the USA.
