Siegfried MEYER, born on June 26th, 1915 in Berlin-Lichtenberg/Germany (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Hamburg/Germany, Citizenship: Germany), son of Leonard Meyer (merchant, deceased), lived in Wien 9, Roßauer Lände 34/II/ at Rabe, changed from the University of Zürich/Switzerland to the University of Vienna and was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 3rd year of his studies and took courses in Chemistry and Physics.
