Oskar MERKER, born on January 4th, 1915 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Gershom Merker (merchant), lived in Wien 2, Nestroygasse 6/12, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1937/38 at the Medical School in the 3rd year of his studies (Leaving Certificate ('Abgangszeugnis') was issued on May 17th, 1938, fall term 1937/38 was validated on February 7th, 1938). His younger brother Leon Merker, who studied at the Philosophical School, was also expelled from the University of Vienna.
