Moses MELZER, born on April 19th, 1913 in Skała/Poland (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Skała/Poland, citizenship 1938: Poland), son of Eisig Melzer (merchant), lived in Vienna's 2nd district, Taborstrasse 14/8a, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 5th year of his studies.

In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna ("Absolutorium" was certified on March 18th, 1939).
