Hans BERGER, born on October 24
th, 1919 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ("heimatberechtigt") for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Hermann Berger (pharmacist), lived in Vienna 3
rd, Gaertnergasse 4, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 1st year of his studies and took courses in pharmaceutics and chemistry.
In 1938 he was forced to quit his studies - allthough at first registered in the list of the 2% Numerus clausus of Jewish Students for a few months in spring term 1938 - and to leave the University of Vienna for racist reason after the takeover of power of National-Socialism.
