Emma KUSZNIER, born on March 30th, 1916 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), daughter of Nathan Kusznier (merchant in Prague), lived in Wien 6, Fillgradergasse 12-14, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 4th year of her studies (in the spring term 1938 she could continue her studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students until the end of the term). Her elder brother
Friedrich Kusznier, who studied at the Medical School, was also expelled from the University of Vienna.
