Heinrich KRÖGER, born on September 3rd, 1916 in Vienna (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna, Citizenship: Austria), son of Dr. Hans Kröger (physician), lived in Wien 1, Schottenhof 11, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies (in the spring term 1938 he requested to continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students, but was rejected).
