Friedrich KRAUß, born on January 5th, 1915 in Vienna (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Edmund Krauß (senior railway official), lived in Wien 2, Fugbachgasse 7/III/142, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies (in the spring term 1938 he requested to continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students, but was rejected).
