Felix KAUFMANN (born on July 4th, 1895 in Vienna, died on December 23rd, 1949 in New York, USA) was Pd. for Rechtsphilosophie at the Law School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was thrown out of the university on April 8th, 1938. He was able to emigrate to the USA.
