Max Hermann JELLINEK (born on May 29th, 1868 in Vienna, died on May 7th, 1938 in Vienna) was Hon.-Prof., em. ao. Prof. (o. Prof.) for Deutsche Philologie at the Philosophical School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was thrown out of the university in May 1938.
