Paul HORNIG (later: STREETEN), born on July 18th, 1917 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Alfred Hornig (chemist), lived in Wien 13, Wattmanngasse 26, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies (in the spring term 1938 he could continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students until the end of the term).
He emigrated to Great Britain in 1938, could continue his studies in Economics and graduate (University of Aberdeen/Scotland, Oxford University), worked as an Univ.-Professor at the Universities of Oxford and Sussex, moved to the USA in 1979 and to the University in Boston and worked also in the World Bank and in the United Nations Development Program.
