Dawid Horowitz

Dawid HOROWITZ, born on March 29th, 1914 in Trzebinia/Poland (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Stanislawow/Poland, Citizenship: Poland), son of Efraim Salman Horowitz (merchant), lived in Wien 2, Robertgasse 8/45, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 4th year of his studies and took courses in Chemistry.

In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.

He was not able to flee Vienna in time and perished in the Shoah in Krakow/Poland in 1942.
