Luzia HILLEL-MANOACH, born on November 10th, 1918 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), daughter of Robert Hillel-Manoach (bank official), lived in Wien 9, Währinger Straße 14, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1938/39 at the Philosophical School in the 3rd year of her studies and took courses in Pharmaceutics and Chemistry. She was discriminated as a so called 'Mischling 1. Grades' but she could continue her studies at first - valid until revoked -, but the permission was renounced by the Reichserziehungsministerium on June 7th, 1940 and she wasn't allowed to continue her studies nor to take the final exams.
