Georg HIRSCH, born on October 2nd, 1915 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ("heimatberechtigt") for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Paul Hirsch (merchant), lived in Vienna 9th district, Liechtensteinstrasse 3, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 4th year of his studies and took courses in pharmaceutics and chemistry. In 1938, after the National-Socialist takeover of power, he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason - allthough he was first allowed to vontiue his studies in the context of the 2% numerus clausus of Jewish Students tille end of June - and then had to leave the University of Vienna immediately.
