Rudolf HERTZKA, born on March 8
th, 1914 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Rudolf Hertzka (civil servant, deceased), lived in Vienna's 18
th district, Semperstraße 58, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1938/39 at the Medical School in the 5
th and last year of his studies ('Absolutorium' was certified on July 21
st, 1939). He was discriminated as a so called 'Mischling 1. Grades' and could continue his studies at first - valid until revoked.
