Martha HERBST, born on September 18th, 1905 in Vienna (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna, Citizenship: Austria), daughter of Max Herbst (merchant), lived in Wien 9, Währinger Straße15/172, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 2nd year of her studies (in the spring term 1938 she could continue her studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students until the end of the term).
