Emil GOLDMANN (born on November 2nd, 1872 in Karlsbad, died on May 8th, 1942 in Cambridge/England) was ao. Prof. (o. Prof.) for Deutsche Rechtsgeschichte at the Law School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was thrown out of the university on April 22nd, 1938. He was able to emigrate to Cambridge/Great Britain.
