Kurt GANS, born on July 31st, 1919 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Heinrich Gans (civil servant, born on August 6th, 1889 in Vienna), lived in Wien 13, Larochegasse 23, was finally enrolled in spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 1st year of his studies.He emigrated to Palestine in June 1938, studied journalistic at the Hebrew University and wrote articles about life in Palestine. In Jerusalem he worked in the family company. In 1942 he married Ruth and in 1943 his son Michael was born. Kurt Gans died in 1948 in the Israeli War of Independence in Jerusalem.
