Alexander GAL (born on May 17th, 1881 in Kaschau/Hungary, died on April 25th, 1958 in Vienna) was lecturer ('Dozent') for Deutsches Recht at the Law School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was thrown out of the university on April 8th, 1938. After 1945 he was again a member of the University of Vienna.
