Valerie FISCHER, born on August 4th, 1919 in Raab [Györ]/Hungary (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna, Citizenship: Austria) was the daughter of Ludwig Fischer (printer) and lived in Vienna 16th district, Yppenplatz 5/21.She was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 1st year of her studies and took courses in pharmaceutics and chemistry. In 1938 she was restricted in her studies and could only continue as registered in the 2% Numerus clausus of Jewish Students until the end of June 1938 but was finally forced to quit her studies and to leave the University of Vienna for racist reason after the takover of power of National-Socialism.
