Siegmund FINKLER, born on January 5th, 1914 in Podwoloczyska/Poland [Pidwolotschysk/Ukraine] (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of David Finkler (merchant), lived in Wien 3, Kegelgasse 41/8, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 4th year of his studies (in the spring term 1938 he requested to continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students, but was rejected).
