Irving DIAMOND, born on May 6th, 1910 in New York/USA (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for USA, Citizenship: USA), son of Sol Diamond, lived in Wien 9, Harmoniegasse, Hotel Westminster, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 5th year of his studies ('Absolutorium' was certified on December 8th, 1938). He succeeded in finishing his studies and graduated on December 9th, 1938, but only with the discriminating ceremony of a 'Nichtarierpromotion', which included at the same time that he was banned from his profession.
