Beile COGAN (nee MILCH), born on October 24th, 1909 in Podhajse/Poland (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), daughter of Josef Milch (merchant), lived in Vienna 9th district, Clusiusgasse 4/19.
Beile Cogan wasn't enrolled at the Medical School any more in 1938, but was preparing for the final exams ('Rigorosen'). She could finally finish her studies and graduated on October 31st, 1938, but only with the discriminating ceremony of a 'Nichtarierpromotion', which included at the same time that she was banned from her profession.
