Herbert ALBERS, born on December 13th, 1917 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Siegmund Albers (editorial journalist, deceased), lived in Wien 15, Mariahilfer Straße 167, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies. He was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.
