Franz BREUER, born on August 19th, 1916 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Ernst Breuer (merchant, deceased), lived in Vienna's 7th district, Lindengasse 32. He was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies (in the spring term 1938 he could continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students until the end of the term). In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.
