Stefan ZUCKERBÄCKER, born on February 20th, 1917 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Richard Zuckerbäcker (salesman), lived in Wien 19, Glatzgasse 9, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1937/38 at the Philosophical School in the 2nd year of his studies and took courses in Chemistry and Physics. He could flee to Great Britannia but was interned there as "enemy alien" and was deported to Australia after 11 months with the ship HMT "Dunera". In 1946 he was naturalized.
