Kurt WENGRAF, born on November 30th, 1915 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Julius Wengraf (merchant), lived in Wien 9, Säulengasse 11, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 2nd year of his studies and took courses in Pharmaceutics and Chemistry (in the spring term 1938 he requested to continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students, but was rejected).
