Heinrich SPIRA, born on April 21^st, 1918 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ("heimatberechtigt") for Vienna/Austria, citizenship 1938: Austria), son of Josef Spira (merchant) an Helene Spira, néeNeubauer, lived in Vienna's 20^th distric, Wallensteinstrasse 36/9, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 2^nd year of his studies.

In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he she was forced to quit his her studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna (Leaving Certificate ("Abgangszeugnis") issued on May 20^th, 1938).
