Georg (Jorge) Spitz

Dr. iur. Georg SPITZ, born on August 14th, 1913 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Victor Spitz (white-collar employee) and Cipre (Gelle, Celia) Spitz, née Tischler, lived in Vienna's 18th district, Semperstrasse 60, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1937/38 at the Philosophical School in the 2nd year of his studies and took courses in Chemistry. In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.
