Felix SELIGMANN, born on December 28th, 1914 in Braunau/Upper Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Linz/Upper Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Ing. Karl Seligmann (senior railway official), lived in Wien 8, Laudongasse 34B, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 4th year of his studies (in the spring term 1938 he could continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students until the end of the term).
