Hugo Theodor SCHUETZER, born on December 6^th, 1916 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Stryj/Poland, Citizenship: Poland), son of Dr. Marcell Schuetzer (physician), lived in Vienna's 9^th district, Waehringer Strasse 50/23, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 3^rd year of his studies. In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna (Leaving Certificate ('Abgangszeugnis') was issued on October 7^th, 1938). He perished in the Shoah in Yugoslavia.
