Hugo Theodor SCHUETZER, born on December 6th, 1916 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Stryj/Poland, Citizenship: Poland), son of Dr. Marcell Schuetzer (physician), lived in Vienna's 9th district, Waehringer Strasse 50/23, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 3rd year of his studies. In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna (Leaving Certificate ('Abgangszeugnis') was issued on October 7th, 1938). He perished in the Shoah in Yugoslavia.
