Fritz SCHREIER (born on April 4th, 1897 in Vienna, died on June 7th, 1981 in Kalifornien) was private lecturer ("Privtdozent") for philosophy of law at the Law School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was forced to leave the university on April 8th, 1938.
He was arrested and deported to the concentration camps Dachau and Buchenwald.
After his release in December 1939 he was able to emigrate to Switzerland and 1941 to the USA.
