Rudolf SCHATTNER, born on March 3rd, 1916 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Leopold Schattner (merchant), lived in Wien 2, Rembrandtstraße 28/6, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies (in the spring term 1938 he requested to continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students, but was rejected). His elder brother Siegfried Schattner, who studied at the Law School, too, was also expelled from the University of Vienna.
